Let your LIght Shine: a special prom for special kids.
Every year, Success Charities carefully selects local beneficiaries for our fundraising efforts. Over the past three and a half years, we have managed to raise an impressive $250,000.00 to support a variety of causes and ways to give back to our Communities across the County.
We are excited to announce our first event for 2025, our second annual Let Your Light Shine! We are reaching out to our compassionate community to help us create a special evening of fun and camaraderie by hosting a winter prom for all of San Luis Obispo special needs community.
The event will include a trip to the beauty college to get hair styled, make up and nails, corsages & boutonnieres at the dance, king & queen prom crowns, a welcome toast, a photo booth at the prom, a souvenir tote bag with keepsake t-shirt of our sponsors with a special cookie memorializing the evening, a DJ with lights and even pizza, treats and cupcakes! The Pavilion at the Lake in Atascadero will be decorated to make the evening a starry galaxy extravaganza.
We will be providing a separate area for parents who desire to stay close (but not too close)!
All Sponsors will have their logos on the Keepsake t-shirts. All sponsors will be thanked in our social media. Galaxy Sponsors will have their logo on the souvenir totes. Sponsors will be given plaques after the event celebrating the prom to display. DJ will make announcements during the event. Parents will be given a letter with the sponsors. We invite you to participate in this heartwarming event!
